When is psychotherapy useful?

Do you want to boost your feeling of well-being, expand your horizons or completely reorient yourself? Do you suffer from panic attacks, addictions, stress, fears, relationship problems, low self-esteem, burnout, depression, or unspecified, stressful emotions such as grief, aggression, and guilt? Have you received a diagnosis that stresses you or do you have psychosomatic symptoms and still want to live a life worth living? Psychotherapeutic accompaniment can be helpful in such and similar situations. As a matter of principle, you are invited to address any issues that are important to you during a psychotherapeutic session.

My understanding of therapy

As a therapist I want to contribute towards achieving sustainable solutions. A solution is sustainable when it comes from within oneself and when it is connected to the deep inner wisdom and potential of each individual. Sometimes this potential might be hidden or inaccessible, but my job as a professional therapist is to create a trustful atmosphere in which your answers and solutions can grow in their own time.

Methods

Every interpersonal relationship is shaped in a unique way. As far as I am concerned, as a psychotherapist this requires an individual approach, experience and a feel for the right moment. Depending on this I choose, in accordance with you and your aims, the most appropriate method for the next step.
